Fellows Manufacturing formally known as S J & E Fellows was established in 1895. Although, records show that the company commenced manufacture some 35 years earlier around 1860.

Fellows remained a privately owned and ran family business up until 1972 when it was acquired by Centerway Industries PLC. In 1987 Fellows was sold to the Birmingham Mint Group. Then in 1991 bought out by IMI. Following a restructuring of the business, IMI sold off several Companies that were acquired by the privately-owned Rical Group in 1998.

Today Fellows remains part of the Rical Group of Companies and compliments the range of manufacturing expertise.
